What to Expect

Putting you at ease is our team's priority so that we can deliver images that you will love! You may have felt in the past that you aren't "photogenic" or "camera-ready". It's my job to make sure you look and feel confident in your images, and I really love my job!

You will be guided through the entire process, starting with a virtual design appointment. Here, we will talk about how you want to be photographed, your personal and professional brand, how you will be using your images, and how we'll style you so that we can achieve your goals for your brand. We provide instruction and written materials to help you prepare for your photo shoot, including skin care, beauty, and wardrobe styling tips. We'll go over all of this together. About a week prior to your shoot, we'll check in for a final wardrobe try-on session and go over any remaining preparations.

On the day of your session, you’ll be pampered with customized professional hair and makeup to complement each of the outfits we selected during your design consultation. When each look is complete, you’ll have gentle, shot-by-shot guidance with your posing and expression. At no point will you have to wonder what to do in front of the camera! We want you to feel confident and comfortable on set, and our whole process is designed to support this.

After the shoot, you’ll sit with our artist and view your images. Here, you will be able to choose the images you want to purchase, and we'll decide on the level of retouching that will best let you shine! The entire day-of process will take around two to three hours. You will leave excited to receive your final, retouched imagery and give your marketing materials new life.

Before your chosen images are delivered to you, each one will be retouched to magazine quality, with every desired detail taken care of. You will receive your finished images via digital delivery and your complimentary matching desk prints, if selected, via shipping. If you ordered a folio box, album, or wall portraits, these will be picked up, delivered, or shipped to you as arranged. Our headshot digital delivery includes all the crops you need to post your images on different online platforms, including banners, squares, verticals, and extractions (clear cut-outs) at no extra charge. We'll be happy to show you how you can use your new images!
